We had a great day at church yesterday. I really love this new ward we are in. When I walked into the building, a couple of our old ward members were there this week, and we were so excited to see them. I'm hoping they will really feel the love that this ward has for everyone. I ended up playing for primary during the second hour of the block and pretty much found out that I will be doing that and teaching the younger age kids for the next couple months that we are here. I have an appointment with the Bishop on Wednesday so I'm sure I will get the official notice then. It will be nice to be busy again at church.
Wow, it just hit me that we really have only a couple more months before everything starts back up again. I have so much I need to do still. I have a feeling that in this next move, we are going to be very transit for a few months so we are going to have to think about how we are going to deal with that. It could possibly take us 2-3 months before we move into a home in the Netherlands and that's 2-3 months after we get into the country. We are also trying to figure out if we can get back to the west coast before we move to go visit my Mom and our other good friends in Washington. We had thought we would not worry about it and leave from here, but I feel like we should try to see my Mom before we go.
The boys are excited about this week going by fast. On Friday we will be going to see the movie the Night at the Museum Smithsonian at the theater in the Air and Space museum. How fun will that be. We bought the tickets when we visited with Christian and now the time is finally here. This also means that for the past month, we've seen a movie every weekend. Wolverine, Start Trek, Angels and Demons and now the Night of the Museum. That's a first! I think we are trying to get in all our movie watching before we head overseas;) I just don't know what to expect once we get over there. I'm sure we will see movies, but I have a feeling it will be more at the military bases then on the economy. Oh well, that's why we have a big screen tv and surround sound system.
Well, I need to get off and check and see how the boys are doing with school. Malachi is really struggling with the grammar, and I need to figure out a way to help him better understand it myself. Need to hit the books!
